WARLOCK: Preloaded, double payloaded spells that have godly range (think > scouts), insta cast (2 second reuse on 'preloaded' spells but 4-5+ of them can be preloaded - you'd have to see it in action) can include up to 2 of the following as said at the roundtable: bolt, nearsight, snare, dot, pbaoe, spreadheal, and a few more crazy spells I'm not remembering right now... self crack... WTF DONT THEY GET? Oh, they don't get quickcast, but as mentioned can preload up 4-5 double-payload uber-range insta cast spells, who needs QC. Instead of QC they get the ability to cast spells Mana-Free. When they cast them mana free it does take significant longer time to cast.
